Hi,
Can anyone explain what is the use of "process administrator"?
who I can define as the process admin?

The Process Administrator exists for every process. IF YOU DO NOT define one, the Process Starter becomes the Process Administrator for this instance. The Process Admin gets all of the Second Notifications, and is the ultimate repositrory for any workitems for which staff can not be resolved.
