I am trying to rebind the runtime database for workflow server,It's not working.I am doing using the command fmczutil r b ,It starts rebinding and hangs up like this.
d ... Drop
b ... Bind packages
f ... Import topology FDL
p ... Change password
x ... Exit Selected Runtime Database Commands Menu
b
FMC33126I Binding d:\fmcwinnt\bnd\fmcdbact.bnd (1/39)
FMC33126I Binding d:\fmcwinnt\bnd\fmcdbadm.bnd (2/39)

I am not sure if this is really necessary but did you stop workflow before doing the rebinds.
Also what OS and is the DB local or remote |

| The OS is windows and the DB is remote.When I am trying to stop the workflow server then It says stopping and hangs right there. |

| Maybe there is something wrong with your DB itself. Ask your DBA to look into what is happening with the workflow database. Alos look into workflow error logs ans see if you find anything there. |
