Hi All,
I created two queue managers QMA and QMB and made them automatically start in MQ Explorer. Since I need two applications send and receiver messages each other so I created two pairs of sender and receiver channels. QMA.QMB sends to localhost(1414) and QMB.QMA sends to localhost(1415). Then I run 'runmqlsr -m QMA -t tcp -p 1415' and 'runmqlsr -m QMB -t tcp -p 1414' in two dos-windows. I found the senders have Retrying and Running states but sometimes I can not get Running state no matter what I do(like 'start', etc.) and my application can not get the message when I can see it on the queue. My question is: Any easy way to make the channels in Running state. Or what should I do to make sure they work correctly. I'd love to a little bit detailed info because I'm absolutely a newbie to both JMS and MQSeries.

You are solidly into the MQSeries world of intercommunication (nothing in your story about JMS or Java). Strongly suggest that you have a good read of the MQSeries Intercommunication Manual.
The topic in question is to do with aitomatic channel initiation which will require a channel initiator and trigger setup.
