Hi team,
Is there a way to set an expiry date for the files, inside the mqsiarchive folder, which are archived by the file input node?

hi...you mean via IIB? No, there is no concept of file expiry even at the Operating system level I suppose.

You could easily come up with a script which archives/deletes files older than certain date and add it to server's cron tab so that it will run say weekly or so.
