Anybody know how do create message by dfdl scheme, like xsd?

I think the OP is asking how to generate an example message from a DFDL schema. There are tools that do this for XML Schema so it is a reasonable question.

The best way to do this is:
- generate one or more XML messages from the DFDL schema ( because a DFDL schema is a valid XML Schema )
- Use the Test Serialize tool in the IIB toolkit to create a bitstream from the XML.
- Use that bitstream as your example message.
