Team
We are getting error usung jmsinput in uat environment.

Same code was working in dev so we deployed our code on uat using mqsibaroverride command and changed ip details and others.

Now upon deploying its not connecting to jms queue.

Please suggest how to trace this connectivity issue.

When can we find errors related to startup nodes like jmsinput mqinput

So did you set up a configurable service for this?

No, I don't think. how to create that. We run mqsichangeproperties only to set the properties and gave our custom path of JAR too but that did not help.

JARs are in following folder:

/opt/IBM/iib-10.0.0.5/common/classes

That's becoming increasingly obvious from the simplistic questions you're asking.

As described in the documentation.

That's not the right place to put them. It puts them in the wrong classloader.

Unless v10 has moved where to put them.

There's a lovely description of the various classloaders that IIB uses, and where to put jar files to get them in the right classloaders.

This is in the documentation. The documentation is always the first place you should look.

If you don't understand what the documentation says, then you may find a better response asking for an explanation of that, rather than asking for a solution to the work you need to do.

Hi
Thanks for the updates.

My confusion is that JARs placed in same place in one server is working and on another its not working.

What I have understood is that if we put our JARs at this place then it makes available them in all Integration Servers. However there are Node Level Paths also:

/var/mqsi/config/<NodeName>

Please guide accordingly. thanks.

So the configuration of one server is not the same as the other server. No matter how much you think they are the same.

Available is not the same as loadable. My most worthy associate has already pointed this out.

Hi timber,

Anyhow as a learner i am always looking for good feedback. That is why i prefer to post here because of senior members here helping.

I thought what @timber thought. "Team" implies, as you say, we're moving towards a common goal. Your goals are nothing to do with us anymore than our goals have anything to do with you.

This forum is a group of professionals who donate their time to help each other with issues and questions within our space of expertise. We're not here to help anyone with the direct objectives of their day job.

As a learner, you should be looking for good training, good mentoring and the desire to learn by experimentation yourself.

The senior members are likely to stop helping unless you demonstrate a much greater willingness to try and solve your own problems than your posts have previously indicated. We're not a training resource, and the senior members are temperamentally disinclined to spoon feed answers to people.

Impossible. Today is International Coffee Day.

The OP does have a history of "how do I do this?" posts, and I just got slightly tired of the fishing. You're welcome to throw as much cod as you want.

I'd prefer to give him a live Conger Eel to grapple with. Anything over 40lbs would give him a real problem to grapple with.
