Senior Integration Specialist - IBM Message Broker

Coles IT is currently seeking an experienced, highly driven and passionate individual to fulfil the role of Senior Integration Specialist based in Tooronga (inner suburb of Melbourne, AUSTRALIA).
As Senior Integration Specialist, you will:
•Responsible for the provision, support and operation of relevant technology infrastructure from design through to implementation and system maintenance
•Provide technical planning, standards and solutions to meet business needs and develop detailed technical designs to satisfy business requirements
•provide technical leadership responsibility including mentoring team members and providing assistance with complex technical problems
•Perform all aspects of planning, development, implementation and support of infrastructure across the organisation
•Provide technical leadership within the organisation as well as providing expert support and guidance for the IBM Enterprise WebSphere Message Broker and EAI.
•Provide 1st , 2nd or 3rd level production support to application interfaces, as well as 24x7 support on a roster basis
•Be experienced in IBM EAI/ESB/SOA
•Knowledge of MQ/FTE is advantageous
•Develop appropriate planning as required (capacity plans, business continuity plans, etc)
Build, upgrade and manage relevant products in a production landscape
To be successful in this role, you will have:
•At least 5 years relevant technical experience
•Proven technical expertise and understanding of relevant technologies
•Demonstrated experience and in-depth understanding of technology trends and issues
•Proven performance in planning, designing, maintaining and supporting enterprise based computing infrastructure in a large scale, complex and distributed business environment
•Demonstrated expertise of DRP and security issues
•A broad technical knowledge of computing products used across the organisation
•Demonstrated technical understanding of IBM Message Broker IIB and FTE
•Demonstrated experience and understanding of Integration technology trends and issues
•Demonstrated experience in designing, maintaining and supporting enterprise based computing infrastructure in a large scale, complex and distributed business environment
•Demonstrated understanding of DRP, security and Integration issues.
