hello colleagues.
i migrated one environment from MQ7 to MQ8, it is on Solaris.
now the qmanagers are up and running but i see one error in the logs:
I tried to find something for this but .. nothing. Can you help me?
02/17/15 13:13:15 - Process(29001.1) User(mqm) Program(amqfqpub)
Host(eaidev01) Installation(Installation2)
VRMF(8.0.0.1) QMgr(Qmgr..)
AMQ5855: Queued Pub/Sub Daemon failed.
EXPLANATION:
An attempt has been made to run the queued publish/subscribe interface (Queued
Publish/Subscribe Daemon) (Qmgr..) but the interface has ended for reason
'588B:frcW_DUPLICATE_STREAM'.
ACTION:
Determine why the Queued Publish/Subscribe Daemon ended. The message logs for
the queue manager might contain more detailed information on why the Queued
Publish/Subscribe Daemon cannot be started. Resolve the problem that is
preventing the command from completing and restart the Queued Publish/Subscribe
Daemon by issuing the following commands: ALTER QMGR PSMODE(COMPAT) Followed
by: ALTER QMGR PSMODE(ENABLED) |

Do you make use of Queued Pub/Sub? Do you have a hierarchy?
I'm inclined to recommend you go the PMR route.
Cheers
