With this one you should have an FDC in the global errors directory.
You can then query the probeID given in the FDC...

But in Mainframe there is no FDC (FFST).....just I want to know the probable reason behind this MQ error code 2195

Location: US: west coast, almost. Otherwise, enroute.

Go to google. Search for mqrc 2195 +z/os.

Look for more detailed information (perhaps indications of an abend dump) in the queue-manager SYSLOG and/or CHIN SYSLOG.

Any other information you can provide? Is this a new application? Recently recompiled application? Is CICS involved? Is IMS involved? What version of WMQ?

Probably on Z/oS ,you could find some interesting infos with this command
on the operator or system console :

D D,T

it displays the sysdumps with their symptom strings and usually ,this is a good shortcut in the problem determination work .
