I have requirement like this
DECLARE test CHARACTER 'TIMESTAMP ' || ''' || str2 || ''';
Resulting string should be TIMESTAMP '2013-12-22 00:00:00'
but here i need the str2 value should be dynamic...
How would be the syntax???
Plz help me its urgent..
