I echo the comments of my most worthy associate. You've provided no information at all which would enable us to assist you. For all we know the installation failed because the power went out. At least give us some information on why you felt profile creation would not have failed aside from blind optimism on your part.
If you lack the experience to troubleshoot even so far as extracting diagnostics, you may want to seek help from some on-site resource (possibly employing one on a temporary basis) then having help drip fed here. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
