Hi,
I am using CICS Transaction Server 1.3 . When CICS comes up, it connects successfully to MQSeries Queue Manager but i donot see the 8 Server sub tasks which get started normally.
So whenever i try to start a CICS transaction accessing MQ, i get the following message.

CSQC419I CICSTES5 CSQCTRUE No server subtasks available.

I am using MQCONN=YES in SIT to connect to MQ.

Anyone encountered this before.
