Hello,


how i can start to develop a tool that let me see the state of a channel, of the samples in MQSERIES which i can take to begin?

Well, you'll want to familiarize yourself with the PCF interface, which like MQI is an API you can use to interact with MQSeries, but rather than using it to interact with queues and messages, PCF allows you to issue many of the same commands you use directly in runmqsc. Here is a link to a program in the software repository which illustrates how to use PCF to alter the state of a channel:
