I tried to download the backout.c.tar.gz program, and I ran into some problems. When I am asked to save it, it has a name of backout.c.tar.tar. I tried to unpack this with winzip, and I got an error. I know this has worked for me in the past. What do I need to do to get the file downloaded and unpacked?

The new apache server I am using is doing something weird to the file extensions when they are being downloaded. The workaround is to simply rename the file when you download it to end in .tar.gz. Winzip will be able to recognize this. Even when you download it as .tar.tar it really is a gzipped tar file, but Winzip gets confused because it thinks it is a plain ol' tar file. I am trying to figure out how to fix this...
