Hello everybody,
When Working in MQ FTE i've installed and configured it to perform a transfer between two local QMgrs QMCOORD(which is the coordination, agent and command QMGR) and QMTEST (which is supposed to be the remote QMgr in the case of a remote transfer)
but the problem is that i can't ping agents which are in the QMTEST
the steps that i followed are :
1)Creating& starting sender/receiver channels QMCOORD.QMTEST & QMTEST.QMCOORD they're both started!!!
2)creating the agent in the QMTEST with the (ftecreateagent) then i run it in the QMCOORD with the runmqsc QMCOORD < agent_create.mqsc
3)starting the agent with the ftestartagent
"but here is the problem the channel: QMCOORD.QMTEST is retrying "
i list agents and the new agent is there but of course im not able to ping it which is understandable

then you should solve that first. look into the sending and receiving AMQERR*.log files to find out about the reason.

if i understand your point 1 ocorrectly then this channel was running before, so it is maybe a problem with your queue configuration in combination with an non defined or non used dead letter queue

so check that SYSTEM.DEAD.LETTER.QUEUE exists and check the DEADQ attribute of your qmgrs too
