Your English is a little unclear. In what context do you mean "Processes"?
How MQ processes messages?
The processes that execute on a computer system to provide MQ services?

Pls check the manuals. 
ANOTHER HINT: ps -ef | grep QMGRNAME
But until you explore them alone.. you wont be able to understand them.
