You can download SP6 from
ftp.software.ibm.com
ps/products/workflow/fixes/v3.r6
Assuming you want the "full package" i.e buildtime and runtime you want to get file
wf360X6a.exe
where X is dependent on the environment. Navigate to the proper folder for your desired OS.
Do not forget to REBIND the database
