I have noticed that in the software repository, there are no files related to Websphere MQ Integrator.
I suggest that a category pertaining to this subject be made available. Sample message sets and message flows can be uploaded to this repository so that newbies (like me hehe) can browse through them.
Thanks! _________________ lung |

I agree with this idea. It would be a great thing, specially for people discovering WMQI to have the abbility to find a space where they can import some message flow samples. If we see some usual question like 'I'm new on WMQI, I want to transform XML to a copy book, how can I do that .... ?'. A sort of library of samples of transformations (basic to complex) would be very interesting).
A another type of library could be composed by specific plugin (Input Node and specific one (Java and or C)). This could help people looking for how to do such thing or what to do with these possillities.
Hope it could become a exchange place where to share each own experiences !!! (one of the purposes of forum. This one is a GREAT one) |

Well, that sounds like a good idea to me, does anyone have any WMQI related files they would like to provide?
I personally haven't worked with WMQI much, so I don't really have much in the way of sample code and tools that I can make available... _________________ Brandon Duncan

bduncan,
Can you provide a website where they can upload these files, or an e-mail address where they can send these files to? _________________ lung |

This is a good idea and there cant be a better place like this. May be we can start with some stuff which is new to v2.1 like enhancements in MRM etc. We are currently working on 2.1 and workflow 3.3.2 and think of some useful stuff to be posted here. Request the moderator to start a link so that postings can start flow-in.
regards

Sorry guys, I'm still trying to find the time to setup some way for people to upload stuff to mqseries.net directly... But it's definitely on my to-do list... (After I figure out how to cover the costs of this site!) _________________ Brandon Duncan

At first I thought most of you have forgotten about this thread... It's good to see that you haven't _________________ lung |
