MQ Update back issues (two years old or more) are free at Xephon.

Xephon publish articles - which can be mainly source code with some explanation of what it does - on a monthly basis.

If you have some utility/exit or other program which other MQ sites would find useful, Xephon will publish it and pay you for the article (including the source).

You retain the rights to the source code, other than you allow others to use it at their installation.

I hope this is sufficient explanation - a typical article will pay $1000 (US) depending on length. This arrangement is open to anyone worldwide. Payment is made upon publication.

Please contact me for any more information and to submit your articles or code. Some of you might be concerned that your employer has the rights to anything you have written at work - this may be true but most companies are happy for staff to publish articles and you don't have to transfer copyright but you can opt to grant a non-exclusive license to publish instead.

Alternatively simply produce a generic version of the program in your own time to avoid this problem. We have published work from several IBM'ers, so if they can get around this issue then anyone can! It's one way of getting a bonus!
