Hi friends,

I don't know this is right thread or not for this post.
I have problem to istall WAS v6.1 on solaris v9
I am trying to install using the response file in the cmd promt.
syntax is...
./install -options /opt/ibm/myoptionsfile.txt
note I am installing from CDROM
But i am getting the following error
[b]myoptionsfile.txt format is invalid.[/b]

Plz help if any one familier with this error

I guess it doesn't like your response file.

Did you transfer it to the solaris machine from somewhere else, like a Windows machine? Did you do that transfer using FTP?
