I am sending message to a remote queue but the message is getting stuck in Transmition q of QM1.this message is not getting to the Local Q of (qmanager 2) i.e remote queue on QM1 . sender of qmanager 1 and receiver of qmanager2 are also running.
do u need to define any trigerring programs in transmition queues?

As per my understanding the once u write any message in the remote queue the transmition queue will pass on the message to the local queue with the help of the channels and this is all taken care by the Q manager.
So y is the message not flowing?

There are likely errors logged on qmgr 1.

It would be easier to help you if you would provide the content of your remote queue definition... like xmitq, qmgr, remote LQ, and the content of your sender channel... like the xmit Q.

it is very likely that the RNAME in your QREMOTE Definition does not match the QLOCAL name on QM2, but without info we can not be shure...
