If all goes well replace point 8 with strmqm <QMGR_NAME>

As a precaution you might want to do step 7 and 8 at level 6.0.0. stop the qmgrs again and apply the fix pack.

Now if you have to recreate the qmgrs, that's when the information stored previously using saveqmgr and amqoamd will come in handy.
