After CICS migration from CICS TS2.2 to CICS TS 3.1 the following message appears :

CSQC746E CKBR 0088188 Invalid CCSID, 1147 expected, 500 received

Fallback to CICS TS2.2 messages disappear.

Does anybody have an idea ?

Thanks

I have no idea why a change in CICS level could cause this.
It would appear to be a data conversion related problem, It appears that your queue manager is running with CCSID 1147 instead of the normal 500

Are you connecting to the same queue manager? What MQ level?
What does DISPLAY QMGR CCSID show?
Do you recieve any other messages?
Do you have a data conversion exit for your Commarea data? Is it installed?

You may need to raise a problem with the support centre.
