What I mean is revoke all the permissions first and then grant permissions needed.
Also, why are you doing this.
This is only needed if the migration fails and if you have to rebuild the QMGR from scratch.
Since you have a copy of the unusable authority file, you can always build one when needed right.

I have to re-create the box on whic MQ 5.2 is installed. So for this I have to define the authorizations too(exactly as in Production box). I have the object defintions file,but not authorizations file.
