I looked that memo.ptf file before I started installing the fix pack. It too shows WMQI fixpack 9.

Does it include information about NEON?

Do you have NEON stuff installed?

I did install NEON on my system.
It just specifies about NEON in fix pack 3.

then you can't use WMQIB CSD, it's for Non-NEON systems. You have to use the WMQI CSD.

The actual file for WMQI CSD 8 is U200225.exe. Not U200224.exe
