But do I also need to change any JAVA settings?
Because there are lot of Exceptions thrown by java..

Nothing works in java without the right CLASSPATH duh..

If you showed us your classpath value

echo %CLASSPATH%
from within the .bat file we could give you some more guidance.

Maybe first you should fix the exception that you posted. (My previous post about the program looking for the "-q" qmgr).

Thanks guys,
It worked for me. All I had to do is replace the '%1%' after -q flag in the batch file, with the queue manager name.

The %1 is meant to be the first parameter that you pass on the command line. So if you call it for multiple qmgrs in a script you call it multiple times just passing the qmgr name.
