The following IBM MQSeries Family SupportPacs have been released:

IA0D: MQSeries Integrator - MQSIE Header parser

IBM MQSeries Services provides the network, protocol conversion, message
routing, and storage to support secured transaction processing among
MQSeries and EDI trading partners. A single wide area network or remote
access connection to the service eliminates the need to connect individually
with trading partners, while providing a security buffer from them.

A user application may optionally preface a header (MQSIE) to message data
that can be used to provide additional information to a recipient
application. This SupportPac provides support for the parsing of input
messages and creation of output messages in the MQSIE header format.

Versions are supplied for use in the Microsoft Windows NT, AIX and Sun
Solaris environments along with source code and documentation. A version for
use in the HP-UX environment is planned for a future release.

MC6A: Configuring MQSeries for Sun Solaris with Veritas Cluster Server

Veritas Cluster Server is a high availability environment which provides a
framework in which business-critical applications can be controlled and
monitored. The cluster software and associated agents monitor the health of
various components and, when necessary, will restart services on standby
machines.

This SupportPac contains information about how to configure MQSeries for
Solaris with Veritas Cluster Server, to improve further the availability of
MQSeries in a production environment. Documentation and scripts are
included. The scripts may be used directly, or can be modified to match a
particular customer's environment.

The shell scripts include functions to:

- create queue managers in a manner suitable for Veritas Cluster operation
- monitor the status of a queue manager
- shutdown and restart MQSeries under Veritas Cluster control

The following IBM MQSeries Family SupportPacs have been updated:

ID04: MQSeries Integrator V2 - DTD and W3C Schema import utilities

The SupportPac provides two utilities:

- The first will accept a DTD as input and will import the message structure
into the MRM repository.
- The second imports a W3C schema into the MRM repository.

The imported definition can then be used to build message flows that use the
imported information. The following changes have been made in this release:

- Added W3C schema import utility
- Upgraded examples to include attributes, additional elements

MO91: MQSeries Services - Support tools

This SupportPac provides a set of support tools that may be helpful when
using MQSeries Services. Linux (i386) support has been added for putedi and
dspmailbox.
