Can someone help in how to create static/dynamic relationship and how to use them at one look up?

Let me be more clear. I have field in destination bo in map that have fixed value. i have to use relationship for this. Can you please give me the step, creating relationship and use. I am supposed to use the look up for once for all field not times and again

Create a static (lookup) relationship with two participants (source and destination).

When deploying the relationship select the option to "Create schema". This will create the necessary tables (source and destination).

populate the source table with your source values and the destination with the destination values making sure that the Primary key field is the same for each source, destination pair.

Use the relationship using the api call Relationship.retrieveInstances(relationshipName, sourceParticipantName, sourceValue);
