I have a client that is currently implementing an integration between Siebel Application and their Legacy System across ICS using the WebSphere MQ Connectors. Simple text Messages are being passed into the Legacay System. The problem here is that the Input Queue is constantly building up with messages from the Siebel Application. Is it possible that the connector is not picking up the messages from the input queue fast enough? This is what I have done so far:
On the Connector Standard Properties of the Connector Configurator:
1. Set both the Agent & Controller Tracelevels = 0.
2. Increased JvmMaxHeapSize from 512M to 768M.
3. Increased JvmMinHeapSize from 128M to 512M.
4. Turned off the Tracing (Both To Consol & To File) and Logging is turned on To File only. _________________ Jones C.

Well, obviously yes - if it's happening then it's possible - question is why?
I'll be frank, I am utterly unfamilir with Siebel, but mayhap this concerns mq parms, so read Question on queue design for high volumne to see how you can increase your throughput. Keep us posted.
P.S I believe this topic belongs in ICS and Adapters forum, despite the MF affinity - so moderators if you please
