Application A is running in ALCS (transaction processing environment used mainly by transport or financial industry, similar to CICS).

Trigger message is intercepted by ALCS, who calls application A. In the dump we can see that ALCS has called application A and this happens only if a trigger message has been received.

The dump obtained is an ALCS dump and it shows only applications running in ALCS, so it is not possible to see the trigger monitor.

Mainly we raised this question to find out if someone has experienced something similar.
