Since adding the user to the 'mqm' group (lower case?) did your run refresh security on the qmgr for it to pick up the change in group membership?

Hello,

I am getting this error for a user even though he is added in MQM group.

"Explorer cannot administer the queue manager because the user is not authorise to open the queue 'SYSTEM.MQ ...
