Why do you think you have to remove anything in order to migrate to v6?

I rad in a manual that we have to uninstall MQ5.3 first then we can install MQ6

So why do you say you are trying to remove MQ5.3 - is it just CSD12 you're trying to remove?

Because after that i have to migrate it to MQ6.

We are facing issue while removing MQ5.3 from Solaris 9.

Yes it's good practice (to say the least) to stop the queue manager before removing the MQ software, but are you sure the problem isn't one we've seen a lot of these last few days, case-(in)sensitivit ...
